Katherin Kotula

Principal Customer Success Manager at Surescripts

Katherin Kotula has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Katherin started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Target in 2005 and was later promoted to the role of Managed Care Specialist, where they successfully supported the transition of 1,600 insurance plans, mitigating financial risk and store impact.

Kotula then worked as a Business Process Consultant at Target, where they played a key role in the implementation of the Enterprise Pharmacy System (EPS) in multiple stores. Katherin provided expertise, training, troubleshooting, and support to ensure the successful rollout of the new system. Katherin also supported data conversion efforts and served as a decision-maker for the PDX-EPS Program.

In their most recent role at Surescripts, Kotula worked as a Principal Customer Success Engineer, managing customer engagements for emerging products. Katherin collaborated with customers to define goals, measure progress, and ensure value was being realized. Katherin was recognized with the "Excellence in Action" Award for their outstanding accomplishments in this role.

Before that, they served as a Customer Experience Program Manager at Surescripts, where they managed projects focused on improving customer experience and supporting corporate objectives. Katherin coordinated programs, managed deliverables, and led initiatives to better communicate value with customers.

Katherin Kotula obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Studio Arts from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, in June 2007, they obtained certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
