Laurie Sugiarto has a diverse work experience in the fields of UX design, product design, service design, and research. Before entering the field of UX design, Laurie held various positions at The Saint Paul Hotel, starting as a Marketing Manager (MarCom, UX, CX, and Visual Design) in August 2011 and eventually expanding into roles as a UX designer, UX researcher, and content strategist. Laurie worked on multiple projects, including a complete redesign of collateral, business cards, stationery, brochures, and more.
