Dustin Cole

Dustin Cole has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 with roles at Arvest Bank as a Senior Financial Services Representative. During this time, they gained knowledge of various banking systems and obtained an insurance license to sell low-risk investment products. Dustin consistently achieved high sales and service ratings and met referral and direct sales goals.

In 2008, Dustin joined Arkansas Federal Credit Union. Dustin initially served as a Member Service Officer, supervising all MSS and tellers while overseeing loan and new accounts policies and procedures. Dustin was selected to participate in the inaugural L.E. program. Dustin later transitioned to the role of Loan Underwriter, responsible for evaluating loan applications. In 2013, they became the Indirect Lending Manager, overseeing the indirect lending department.

Dustin's career at Arkansas Federal Credit Union continued to progress, and in 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Consumer Lending. As Vice President, they played a crucial role in managing consumer lending operations. Most recently, they assumed the position of Senior VP/Consumer Lending, which they currently hold.

Dustin Cole obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science - Public Administration from the University of the Ozarks between the years 2002 and 2006. It is not specified when they attended Arkansas State University or if they obtained any degree or field of study from there.
