Max Stackhouse

Max Stackhouse is an experienced professional in the electricity distribution sector, currently serving as an Electricity Distribution Planner at Downer since July 2024. In addition to this role, Max is the Club Captain for Whangārei Heads Surf Lifesaving, leading volunteer and operational functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and national initiatives. Previously, Max worked as an Electricity Operations & Response Coordinator at Vector Limited, where responsibilities included managing outage processes and internal relationships to maintain service quality. Prior experience includes serving as an Outage Manager at Telnet Services Limited, focusing on unplanned events within the electricity and gas distribution networks. Max completed an NCEA Excellence Endorsed degree at Garin College and has additional education from the New Zealand School of Tourism.
