Joshua Chambers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including private equity, industrial services, and oil and gas. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at SurfaceCycle since February 2023 and as Partner and Chairman at Forest Group Management, Joshua has been instrumental in sourcing deals and providing strategic assistance to small businesses in the Gulf Coast’s industrial and energy markets. Previously, as President & CEO of Thompson Industrial Services, significant improvements in safety and profitability were achieved across 21+ divisions. Joshua's background includes key positions at GE Oil & Gas and GE Power & Water, where responsibilities ranged from profit and loss management to global quality leadership and operational integration. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.
