Adam Kendall is currently the Go-To-Market Lead at Surfboard, where Adam helps customer support leaders enhance workforce planning and management. Prior to this, Adam worked as an Account Executive at BlueOptima and as the Head of Operations at Shapes AI. Adam also served as a Talent Lead at 3CUBED Search, assisting AI and AR/VR start-ups in finding skilled professionals. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter.
