Donya Jalali

Donya Jalali is an experienced social worker with a comprehensive background in providing case management, clinical social work services, and psychosocial assessments. Currently employed at Vancouver Coastal Health since November 2022, Donya previously worked in various social work roles, including at Providence Health Care and Sienna Senior Living. Donya has a strong foundation in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care and identifying community resources for clients. Earlier experience includes crisis intervention work and supervising aquatic programs at North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission, along with volunteer work at Metro Vancouver Community Corrections. Donya holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of British Columbia, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Simon Fraser University.
