Shelby Harris

Shelby Harris currently serves as Treasurer for the Surfrider Foundation at UVA, where responsibilities include financial management, competitor coordination, and marketing efforts. Previously, Shelby held the position of Vice President of Finance for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, overseeing a budget exceeding $100,000 and ensuring timely dues payments. Experience also includes an internship as an Audit Intern at OSK and a role as Beat Writer for The Cavalier Daily, producing sports articles and managing assigned beats. In addition, Shelby worked as a Research Analyst for Smart Woman Securities, focusing on mid-cap stocks and financial analysis within the REITs sector. Prior work experience includes a position as an Associate/Cashier at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches. Shelby is currently pursuing a degree at the University of Virginia, following the completion of an Advanced Diploma at Midlothian High School.
