Khadeejah Lasuc - Lewis, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent, learning, equity, and inclusion across various organizations. Currently serving as a Fellow Alum and Committee Member at Surge Institute since June 2017, Khadeejah also held the position of National Vice President of Human Assets at OneGoal from July 2023 to August 2024, where the focus was on developing inclusive policies and practices. Previously, as Vice President of Talent, Learning, Equity & Inclusion at Chicago Scholars, Khadeejah co-developed the organization’s strategies for employee experience and racial justice. Participation in prestigious fellowship programs, including the Leading for DEI Fellowship at Loyola University of Chicago and the Allstate Foundation Nonprofit Leadership Center Executive Leadership Program, underscores Khadeejah's commitment to systemic equity and leadership development. Khadeejah has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Arts in Education from Prescott College, and an Online Teaching Certification from Northeastern Illinois University.
