Mallory Lancraft

Mallory Lancraft has a diverse work experience in the software industry. They started their career at RAPTER as an Intern/Student Assistant, where they handled customization, fixed program code, and planned presentations of material and service. They then joined Surge LLC as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where they designed use cases, created reports on testing results, and worked closely with designers and developers to meet customer goals. Mallory also served as a Scrum Master at Surge LLC, running scrum meetings and facilitating communication between stakeholders. They also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Oliver Wyman, where they created test plans and conducted regression testing for retail calculations.

Mallory Lancraft attended the University of Central Florida from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Internet and Interactive Systems with a focus on Web Design. In May 2015, they obtained a certification from the American Software Testing Qualifications Board in ISTQB.
