Rich Flood has a diverse work experience, starting as a Co-Founder of the Kenai Association of Native Artists in 2000, a non-profit organization promoting native artisans in Alaska. In 2001, they became the Manager of the Kenai Fine Arts Center, streamlining operations and managing the gallery.
