John Mooney

John Mooney has a strong background in the transportation and logistics industry. John most recently worked as the Executive Vice President at Surge Transportation since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Dart Transit Company from August 2016 to December 2019. From August 2010 to August 2016, John served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Transport America. Before that, they were the Vice President of Sales at Echo Global Logistics from July 2007 to July 2010. John began their career at YRC in April 1997, where they served as the Vice President of Corporate Sales until July 2007.

John Mooney received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
