Dr. Abbas Hamadi M.D., Facs

Dr. Abbas Hamadi, MD, FACS, is a highly experienced general surgeon currently serving as Surgeon General since September 2011. Prior to this role, Dr. Hamadi worked at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare from September 2012 to August 2020. Dr. Hamadi's educational background includes a diploma in laparoscopic surgery from the University of Strasbourg in 2014, a DHA-Medical Practice License in General Laparoscopic Surgery obtained from the Dubai Health Authority between November 2021 and November 2022, and a Saudi License as a Consultant General Surgeon in General Laparoscopic Surgery from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, achieved between August 2020 and August 2022. Additionally, Dr. Hamadi earned a degree as a general surgeon specialist from Beirut Arab University, completing studies from 1999 to 2011.
