Jennifer Hendershot has been in the customer service and IT industry since 2011. Jennifer began their career as a Customer Support Representative at ComDoc, Inc. where they were the point of contact for a large medical account. Jennifer worked with client departments to determine the best machine to fit their needs, placed orders for new equipment, coordinated delivery and training on new machines, and provided first response for minor service issues on machines. In 2015, they began working at QualityIP as a Technical Operations Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Cisco Technician. As a Cisco Technician, they worked as a remote and onsite technician, maintained customer phone systems, and configured and installed VoIP phone services. Jennifer also began working as an IT Intern at Blick Clinic where they used SCCM to image laptops and PC's, installed Microsoft Office, Adobe, Java, and VNC, and installed new PC's and monitors. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Customer Care & QA at Surgere.
Jennifer Hendershot attended Stark State College from 2013 to 2015 and earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications - Cisco Networking.
