Andrew Stuart

Andrew Stuart is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance, law enforcement, management, and education. Currently serving as a Football Referee for MTFOA since February 2023, Andrew also works as a Financial Analyst in the Treasury Department at Surgery Partners, Inc. since October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Police Officer with Savannah Chatham Metro Police, where Andrew focused on community relations, and managing a Chick-fil-A franchise, driving business growth and team building. Additionally, Andrew operated an independent music teaching business, providing lessons in guitar, bass, and piano. Academically, Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Armstrong State University and completed training at the GPSTC Police Academy.
