David Nolan

David Nolan has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and systems engineering. David is currently employed as a Principal Security Engineer at Surgery Partners, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at HCA Healthcare as a Threat Engineer for four years.

Before joining HCA Healthcare, David held the position of Sr. Principal Secure Systems Engineer at BAE, where they managed a systems integration team specializing in new software development, application integration, and ongoing support. David has experience with various operating systems such as SUN Solaris, Linux, and Microsoft Windows.

David also served as a Sr. Computer Systems Technologist at Raytheon, where they were responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and operation of data center equipment and storage systems.

In the early years of their career, David worked as a UNIX Systems Administrator at American Management Systems (AMS).

David Nolan earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington from 1988 to 1991. David then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in IT from UMUC, spanning from 2001 to 2006.
