Justin Harder

Justin Harder is a seasoned professional in the fields of acquisitions, development, and auditing, with significant experience at Surgery Partners, Inc. since May 2015, currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development. In this role, Justin oversees research and analysis for new business initiatives and enhancements to existing services. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Director, AVP of Strategy & Analytics, and Business Development Analyst at Surgery Partners, as well as roles as an Internal Auditor at Mid-America Apartment Communities and Thomas & Betts, where Justin conducted financial and compliance audits and developed audit procedures. Earlier in the career, Justin worked as a Risk Controller at Morgan Keegan. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christian Brothers University.
