Elizabeth Rouse

Elizabeth Rouse is an experienced professional currently serving as the Owner of Voodoo Brewing Co. since June 2024 and as the Director of Customer Support at Surgical Information Systems since October 2021. In this role, Elizabeth manages a technical product support team, enhancing client support and implementing processes for efficient issue resolution in a SaaS Cloud-based environment. Prior to that, Elizabeth held significant positions at Octane5 International LLC, including Vice President of Customer Success and Director of Managed Intelligence, where improvements in client implementation processes and performance measurement for licensing departments were achieved.
