Erin Steffan

Erin Steffan has been employed in the quality assurance and regulatory compliance field since 2001. Erin began their career as an Associate Toxicologist at Experimur, where they served as Study Supervisor and managed daily operations for studies, analyzed and reported data, and submitted final evaluations. In 2015, they joined Zoetis Inc. as a Process Control Laboratory Analyst, where they conducted sample analysis using various analytical techniques in compliance with cGMP regulations and company SOPs. Erin also established Training Curricula and Standard Work Aids for new hires. In 2019, they joined CSL Behring as a Quality Assurance Specialist II, where they drove continuous improvement through identification of issues and problem solving to ensure adherence to cGMPs and monitored areas of responsibility to maintain a state of compliance. Currently, they are a QA/RA Manager and QA/RA Senior Associate at SIA.

Erin Steffan began their education in 1993 at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 1997. Erin then attended Knox College for one year, studying Biology, General, before transferring to North Central College, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General in 2001.
