John M. Carradine

John M. Carradine has over 40 years of experience in finance and accounting. John M. currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Surgical Notes, a healthcare IT solutions company. Prior to this, they held the position of COO and CFO at A-LIGN, a cybersecurity and compliance solutions provider. From 2001 to 2017, Carradine worked at HealthAxis Group, first as CFO/COO and later as CFO/COO/CEO. John M. played a key role in the turnaround and sale of the company. Before that, they were the CFO and a Board Member at Micrografx, a software publishing company. Carradine also served as the CFO at Intellicall, a publicly traded telecommunications company. John M. began their career as a Staff Accountant at Arthur Young. Throughout their career, Carradine has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, and managing international operations.

John M. Carradine obtained a BBA degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 1976 to 1979. John M. later completed their MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1987 to 1989. John also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
