Ran Bronstein

Ran Bronstein has a significant amount of work experience in the field of technology and medical devices. Ran is currently serving as the President of Surgical Science since August 2021. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and Chief Research and Operation Officer at 3D Systems Corporation from September 2014. Ran has also served as a Board Member at ElastiMed since 2019 and as a Member of the MedTech committee of the California Israel Chamber of Commerce (CICC) since 2013. Additionally, they have held various roles at Simbionix Ltd., including CEO, VP R&D, and Board of Directors between 1998 and 2006. Ran then went on to become the President and Chief Operation Officer of Simbionix Inc. from March 2006 to 2019. Before that, they worked as an R&D Manager at Kidum Multimedia from February 1995 to August 1998, and as a 3D Programmer at Technomatix from January 1992 to January 1995.

Ran Bronstein completed their education at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ran obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics between 1987 and 1990. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Imaging from 1990 to 1992.
