Lindsey Nicholson, MLHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Currently, they serve as a Human Resources Generalist at Surgical Solutions since February 2022. Previously, they worked at M/I Home, Inc. as an HR/Benefits Analyst from January 2021 to February 2022, and as an HR Administrator from June 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, Lindsey worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at McLane Company, Inc. from June 2016 to May 2017. Lindsey also had experience at Nationwide Financial, where they held various recruiting roles between June 2011 and May 2016. Before transitioning into HR, Lindsey worked in the banking industry, holding positions such as Senior Teller at Huntington National Bank from November 2009 to June 2011, Office Manager at Andrew Insurance Associates from June 2008 to September 2009, Operations Supervisor at KeyBank from May 2007 to March 2008, and Client Services Team Lead at Sky Bank from July 2006 to May 2007. Lindsey started their career as a Management Assistant and Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from December 2001 to May 2005.
