Nathan Peak

Nathan Peak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at Western Kentucky Endoscopy as an Account Supervisor and Education Coordinator, where they led quality improvement plans, established strategic goals, and designed training programs that drove growth and exceeded revenue objectives. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Tyson Foods as a Production Supervisor, where they implemented innovative programs to increase employee engagement, conducted safety meetings, and turned around a previously unprofitable plant. Since 2011, they have been with Surgical Solutions, holding various roles including Director of Education, Operations Manager, Implementation Manager, Senior Implementation Manager, and their current position as Senior Director of Account Operations and Implementation. In these roles, they have demonstrated outstanding service and dedication, leveraged industry and product knowledge to drive business growth, and implemented initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Nathan has also developed training protocols, established standardized practices, and integrated continuous improvement methodologies to ensure customer requirements are met.

Nathan Peak started their education journey in 1999 at Madisonville Community College, where they pursued a degree in Surgical Technology/Technologist. Nathan completed their studies in 2001 and became a Certified Surgical Technologist/CST.

Later on, they acquired a Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute. The exact duration of this certification is not provided.

Nathan also pursued various certifications from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA). Nathan obtained a Certified Registered Central Service Technician/CRCST certification in Sterile Processing Technology. Moreover, they received certifications in Flexible Endoscope Reprocessing/High-Level Disinfection as a Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER), and in Expertise in Surgical Instrumentation as a Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS).

Lastly, Nathan obtained the Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) certification from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA), specializing in Healthcare Leadership. The dates for these certifications are not provided.
