Gian Luigi Scalari is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Sales Director for Surgital SpA since August 2009, Gian Luigi specializes in fresh frozen pasta, frozen ready meals, and frozen sauces. Prior to this, Gian Luigi was the Foodservice and Industrial Sales Manager at Pollo Arena Spa for eight years, focusing on poultry products.
