Jorge Baistra, MBA, has extensive experience in the food industry and healthcare sectors. As Plant Manager at El Milagro Inc since December 2016, Jorge oversees 229 employees across various departments, ensuring safety, quality control, and efficient production processes. In addition, Jorge has been with CVS Health since October 2011, advancing from Calibration Technician Group Leader to Senior Resource Planning Coordinator, where responsibilities include team leadership, training, and expert guidance in operational processes. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of the Incarnate Word, as well as a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan.
