Andrew Wilcox is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in research and development, primarily in the medical device sector. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Engineer and Senior Product Development Engineer at Surmodics, Inc. since February 2018, Andrew has a proven track record in product development for heart catheter designs, involving design of experiments, process improvements, operational training, and project management. Previous roles include Product Development Engineer at Vention Medical and Research and Development Engineer at Creganna Medical. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2015.
