Program Manager, Operations and Sales at Surplus Asset Management

Monica Zalaket has a long and varied career in project management. Monica began their career in 2002 as an Associate Project Manager at Salt River Project, where they assisted in implementing the strategic vision of a new energy product offering. In 2005, they moved to Cartier as a Senior Planner, Merchandising Supply Chain for Watches and Leather Straps, where they refined annual/monthly watch sales forecasts and managed and optimized central stock, retail boutique and wholesale network watch inventory. In 2009, Monica joined Surplus Asset Management, SAM Auctions, as Program Manager, Operations and Sales. In this role, they were responsible for external relationship management, developing, managing, and delivering successful financial outcomes of asset disposition programs, and internal coordination and delivery of new client project implementation. In 2016, Monica joined the California Community College Technology Center as College Success Director and Implementation Project Manager.

Monica Zalaket attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government in 2004. Monica also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University in 2002.
