Ihor Pyvovarnyk is a seasoned software engineer and technical leader with extensive experience in backend development and team management. Currently serving as a Backend Lead at Odore since March 2024, Ihor previously held multiple roles at Surprise.com, including Staff Software Engineer and Engineering Manager, where key contributions included architecting subsystems and managing remote teams. Prior experience at GlobalLogic involved leading engineering efforts on data processing and analytics platforms, with significant achievements in building performance testing frameworks and improving microservices. Ihor holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
