Sophie H. started their work experience in 2018 as a Call Center Agent at Samsung Electronics Ukraine. In 2019, they worked as a Data Entry Specialist at ControlPay BV. Global Freight Audit. In 2020, they joined EY as a Junior Business Consultant, and later advanced to the roles of Business Consultant and Senior Business Consultant. Currently, they are working at Surprise.com as a Senior Compensation Benefits Specialist, starting in 2023.

Sophie H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 2016 to 2020. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Actuarial Science at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2020 to 2022. In September 2022, Sophie earned a certification in EY Analytics - Data Visualization - Learning from EY.
