Chris Danley

Chris Danley is currently the Network Support Supervisor at Surry Communications. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Chris began their career as a Computer Science Instructor-Adjunct at Surry Community College from 1993 to 1997. Chris then transitioned into the private sector, working as a Programmer Analyst for RJR Packaging from 1997 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Pike Electric as a Desktop Support technician, where they provided Level II Desktop support. In 2008, they left Pike Electric to join Surry Communications, where they have been working ever since.

Chris Danley has a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Appalachian State University, a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Appalachian State University, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Surry Community College.

Chris Danley reports to Scott Mosley, Network Manager. Chris Danley works with Anthony Casey - Network Support, Austin Smith - Business Network Technician, and Tony Cox - Business Network Supervisor.
