Dale Rascher

Dale Rascher has extensive experience in information technology, primarily with the State Universities Retirement System since December 1989, where responsibilities included managing the helpdesk, telephone systems, and various administrative tasks related to network and communication systems. Prior roles included positions at Cagle & Associates and Carle Clinic, focusing on computer operations and helpdesk support. Dale Rascher holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Parkland College and graduated from Cissna Park High School.
