Nicole la Mott

Nicole La Mott has had various roles throughout their work experience. Nicole started their career in 2000 as a Professional Equestrian at RGF Training Stables/Cross Creek West, where they were responsible for riding and training show jumping horses and teaching clients. In 2007, they became the Marketing Director at McMonigle Group South, managing the brand and overseeing marketing and advertising efforts. In 2011, they joined Surterre Properties as the Marketing Director for The La Mott Group. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations and Marketing for the Tate | LaMott | Group at Compass since August 2020.
