Daniel Brody

Head Of GIS Department at Survey of Israel

Daniel Brody has a strong background in GIS and aerial photography. Daniel began their career in 2007 at National Photographic as a GIS Operator and Aerial Photography Surveyor. Daniel then worked at Ofek Aerial Photography, where they served as Chief Navigator and later as a GIS Operator and Aerial Photography Surveyor. In 2013, they joined Tel Aviv Municipality - Engineering Administration as a Surveyor/Measurement Technician. Since 2017, they have been working at the Survey of Israel, initially as the Head of the National Topography Database Section and currently as the Head of the GIS Department.

Daniel Brody attended Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained two Bachelor's degrees. Daniel majored in Geography from 2008 to 2011 and studied History of the Middle East during the same period. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they pursued further education at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completing an unspecified program.
