Surveying and Mapping
David DeBerardino joined SAM in 2017. He has over 25 years of engineering, construction, construction management, project management, surveying, and utility management experience. He has spent most of the last decade performing project management for FDOT, serving in management roles on numerous projects in both Florida and Michigan.
David is a leader for both SAM and SAM-CS projects and serves as the Director of Construction Services in the east region where he is responsible for construction contract execution and administration, field engineering, and quality control. He applies his vast experience to business development efforts for Construction, Engineering, and Inspection (CEI) and Construction Management contracts. David is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
