Arshad Riyas

Arshad Riyas has worked in the design field since 2018. Arshad began as a Design Intern at Space ART, led by Ar. Vinod Cyriac and Ar. Anita Choudhuri. In 2020, they moved to Magic line studio, where they worked as an Architect. Arshad was involved in conceptual development, massing and detailing of several residential and institutional projects, including the IIA award-winning project 'Calicut Fish Market', Reinstating Palayam underpass, and Facelifting of Calicut International Airport road. Arshad also assisted in developing a unified design system for the studio, including the company branding. In 2022, they began working as a Junior UX Designer at SurveySparrow.

Arshad Riyas has a diverse educational background. Arshad obtained a High School Diploma from KHMHSS Alathiyur in 2013, and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Architecture from School of Architecture and Planning, Govt. Engineering College, Thrissur in 2020. In 2022, they completed a Google UX Design course from Coursera, and obtained certifications from Google and the Council of Architecture - India.
