Elaine Armour

Elaine Armour is an experienced Curriculum Designer with a focus on instructional design and eLearning development. Currently employed at QTS Realty Trust since July 2014, Elaine creates course curriculum and writes storyboards for the product development team. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Designer at Cox Communications, where eLearning courses were developed using Captivate 7, and instructional positions at organizations such as BlueCross BlueShield, Freddie Mac, Deloitte & Touche, SunTrust Bank, AutoTrader.com, and ChoicePoint, collectively encompassing a range of responsibilities such as designing training materials, conducting needs assessments, and developing both instructor-led and web-based training solutions. Elaine holds a Master’s degree in Technical and Professional Communications from Southern Polytechnic State University.
