Ladd Edwards

Mr. Ladd Edwards, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of the Washington Area Operation at SURVICE Engineering, a position held since November 2008, where responsibilities include team building, client communication, contract acquisition, and achieving sales and profit targets. Previously, Ladd held the role of Ground Systems Group Manager and Project Manager, effectively managing multiple contracts and ensuring high-quality product delivery. Prior experience includes co-founding Quantis Consulting, LLC, where Ladd served as Co-Founder and Project Lead, overseeing operational testing for the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle and implementing an efficient Data Management System. Ladd holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Coast University.
