Montie Whittenberg

Montie Whittenberg has over 27 years of experience in supply chain management and merchandise planning. Montie currently serves as the Global Head of Supply Chain at Survitec Group Ltd., a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Supply Chain for the Americas region at the same company, starting in July 2021.

Before joining Survitec Group Ltd., Montie worked at Rent-A-Center, where they held various senior director roles. As the Senior Director of Planning & Allocation for US Core Stores, they constructed and developed a store planning and allocation team, implemented dynamic processes for inventory management, and directed the company's inventory purchase spend. Montie also served as the Senior Director of Value Chain for Mexico, where they developed merchandise strategies, executed merchandise line reviews, and managed operations and planning for distribution centers.

Montie's experience also includes working at Fossil Group, Inc. as the Director of Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management for International Retail Stores, where they directed buying, planning, allocation, and merchandising for international stores. Montie also served as the Director of Supply Chain for Europe, where they constructed an international supply chain team and collaborated with regional business managers to achieve sales plans.

Earlier in their career, Montie worked at Footaction in various merchandise planning and management roles, where they developed divisional and departmental season plans, advised merchandise planners, and managed assortment plans and allocation activities.

Montie Whittenberg, CSCP obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1988 and 1993. In addition, Montie has obtained certifications in Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from APICS in January 2021 and Insurance Adjusters and Examiners from the Texas Department of Insurance in September 2021.
