Ben Koo

Ben Koo is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Development at Surya University since August 2021, Ben also holds an Associate Professor position in the Industrial Engineering Department at Tsinghua University, which has been ongoing since November 2006. Ben's expertise lies in system design methodologies. Educational background includes a Doctorate in Engineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2005, along with a Master's degree in System Design and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management earned in 2001 and a Ph.D. also from MIT's Engineering Systems Division. A postdoctoral role at MIT was held in 2005.
