Mike Sears has worked for several companies since 2008. mike began their career in the United States Army as an E4 Specialist. In 2009, they moved to FedEx Office as a Center Customer Service Assoc. In 2010, they joined Mountain Commercial Graphics as a Digital Production Technician, where they were responsible for installing/uninstalling Windows, Windows 7 Compliance diagnosis, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, providing customer service, and using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. mike also had experience with Mac products, and was trained on Gerber Odyssey and Odyssey XP Plotters, HP 6100 inkjet and Seiko inkjet Printers, and Onyx and Fiery rips software. In 2018, they became self-employed as a Real Estate Investor. In 2019, they worked for Dell as a Network Analyst, and then moved to Boeing as a CRS technical analyst. mike is currently employed at Suryl, LLC as a Network Operations Center Technician.

Mike Sears received their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Eastern Michigan University between 2002 and 2004. mike then attended Houston Community College from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Certification in Information Technology.
