Alimyon Allen

Alimyon Allen currently serves as the State Policy & Advocacy Manager for Government Affairs at Susan G. Komen, a position held since April 2022, focused on public policy initiatives. Previously, Alimyon Allen worked as a Senate Aide in the United States Senate for five years, performing roles under both the Minority and Majority Whips. Additional experience includes serving as an Area Coordinator for Amnesty International USA and positions at the Illinois Department of Corrections and Illinois Department of Public Health, where responsibilities included grant management and compliance oversight. Alimyon Allen also contributed as a Legislative Aide for the Illinois State Senate Democratic Caucus and engaged with community outreach at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Strategic Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, along with Public Health, all from the University of Illinois System.
