Kimberle Lau

Kimberle Lau is an accomplished entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in the baking and health food industries. Currently serving as a Community Board Member for Susan G. Komen, Kimberle is also the Founder and Plant-Based Baking Mama of Bake Me Healthy, a brand known for its allergy-friendly, sustainable baking products utilizing upcycled ingredients. Previously, Kimberle founded Kimmie's Healthy Treats, a clean eating bakery focused on natural and organic ingredients. Other notable roles include Brand Strategist and Marketing Consultant for various clients and Vice President of Digital at Topix Pharmaceuticals, where significant sales growth was achieved through innovative e-commerce strategies. Kimberle holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Cornell University.
