Izabel Staicu

Izabel Staicu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at SUSE since April 2024, Izabel contributes to fostering innovation through a diverse employee culture. Prior to this position, Izabel held key roles at Software AG as Director and Global HR Business Partner, and at Dun & Bradstreet as a Human Resources Business Partner. Additional experience includes being a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Marotta Controls, HR Operations Manager at Loudoun County Government, and various positions in earlier organizations such as Ntrepid Corporation and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Izabel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, obtained between 1997 and 2002, and is certified with PHR and SHRM-CP credentials.
