Rachel Cassidy

Rachel Cassidy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in partner ecosystems, cloud services, and professional services across various leading technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystem at SUSE, Rachel has previously held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Professional Services at Rackspace, and Vice President roles at Red Hat focusing on Global Partner Strategy and Enablement, and Global Professional Services. Earlier career roles included leadership at MRO Software and MainControl as Practice Manager and Vice President of Customer Services, respectively. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Cornell University.
