Susan Harte, Esq., MCR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic development, corporate strategy, and property management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Sullivan County Land Bank Corporation and SusGlobal Energy Corp., Susan is dedicated to enhancing community development and renewable energy initiatives. As Principal at Hickey & Associates and White Lake Woods LLC, Susan leads site selection and development projects, demonstrating expertise in location strategy and residential development. Previous roles include Director positions at CBRE and JLL, Managing Director at Grant Thornton LLP, and Of Counsel at Stadtmauer Bailkin LLP, where Susan significantly expanded economic practices.
