Jean-Baptiste Tilloy

Jean-Baptiste TILLOY has extensive work experience in human resources and social relations. Jean-Baptiste began their career at Groupe PSA as a lawyer specializing in social law from September 2007 to September 2008. Jean-Baptiste then worked at Renault Group as Deputy Head of Social Relations for a short period in 2009. Following this, they joined Europcar where they held various roles, including Employee Relations Officer France from April 2009 to May 2010, HRBP from June 2010 to May 2014, and Head of Social Relations France from May 2014 to January 2018. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Sushi Shop, where they started in January 2018 and later became the Deputy Director of Human Resources in January 2019.

Jean-Baptiste TILLOY began their education at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin, where they pursued a Master II in Human Resources Law from 2003 to 2008. This program focused on social law and human resources. Later in 2013, they attended the Centre de formation OPP, where they obtained a certification in MBTI. The field of study for this certification is not specified.
