Christian Southcott

Christian Southcott is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head of Operations for SUSHISAMBA GROUP since February 2022, Christian oversees operations for both SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle locations. Previous roles include Operations Manager for SUSHISAMBA City and Covent Garden, and Senior General Manager at Duck & Waffle London. Prior to this, Christian was the Senior General Manager at Tuttons Brasserie in Covent Garden and held various management positions at Maxwell's Group, including Operations Manager and General Manager for multiple establishments. Christian's career began as Restaurant Manager at Canteen.
