Ashley Palmer, PE is a skilled structural engineer with extensive experience in bridge analysis, design, and project management. Currently employed at Susquehanna Civil Inc. since July 2023, Ashley previously held positions at Modjeski and Masters from June 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included structural analysis and the creation of detailed plans using MicroStation and AutoCAD. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Delaware, focusing on structural health monitoring of the Indian River Inlet Bridge, as well as an internship at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, where traffic design work was completed. Ashley holds a Master of Civil Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rowan University.
