Stephen Woolcombe has a comprehensive work experience background in rugby coaching and development. Stephen is currently working as the Coaching Development Lead at Sussex RFU, where they are responsible for implementing coach mentoring and developing a strategic plan to support affiliated clubs. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Rugby at HSDC Havant & South Downs and Chichester College, where they delivered rugby opportunities to students and established Chichester College as a nationally recognized Rugby academy.
