Megan Pierzga

Megan Pierzga is an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer currently employed at Bihler of America since January 2022 and has been with Sussex Wire, Inc. since November 2008, where Megan has held multiple roles including Quality Manager, Quality Control Supervisor, and New Product Development Lead. In the role of Quality Manager, Megan oversees the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with customer and process control specifications, while driving Lean continuous improvement initiatives and implementing cost-reducing technologies. Megan began their career at Sussex Wire as an In Process Inspector and has since progressed through various quality-focused positions. Previously, Megan worked as a Quality Control Inspector at Printers Place and holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia, completed in 2006.
